Tonzo provide free special sevice for all series of Tonzo PPR products, includes: free pressure test, pipeline video, product maintenance, etc. Each pipeline video will be stored online since 1st June, 2017.
Within 24 hours after the acceptance of the pipeline, the video will be uploaded to the cloud. And the user name and password will be text to the customer. The video will be stored over 6 months. After that, the video will be stored in a offline space. The customer can query Tonzo service center if needed.
The video could be downloaded on the official website of m.fkmpc.com .
